We at Chandan Fashion, know that planning for your most special day can be a lot to handle and there would be several questions popping in your head. But don't worry, our team of experts will answer all your queries that will hopefully reduce reasons for anxiety and stress in your shopping for the perfect wedding outfit.

1 Custom Orders
You can book an appointment by dropping an email at info@chandanfashion.ca or by calling us at 416-462-0277 Extension #3, please leave a voicemail if your call is not answered. Someone will return your call shortly to book an appointment at your convenience.
You should book the appointment as early you start planning your wedding so that you don't have to deal with that last minute stress over something that's extremely important. The more time you have, the easier it is for you to explore and for us to customize a perfect wedding outfit that best suits your taste and fit. And yes, most importantly start your search when you are truly ready to say “Yes to your dress!”
There is no specific time constraint for appointments, most appointments last anywhere from 60-90 mins. We never rush our clients and completely understand the process of finding your dream wedding outfit. In an appointment, you will work with your personal bridal consultant that will guide you throughout your outfit selection journey. Our awesome team will work everything out to find the dress that is your absolute fit and taste.
For bridal and groom outfits, we appreciate if you book a prior appointment. However, walk-ins are also welcomed, but booking an appointment helps us plan in advance and serve you better. Also, please be aware that prior booked appointments will take precedent.
Tuesday - Sunday : 11:30 am – 9:00 pm
Monday closed (except long weekends)
We suggest you to bring the close ones whose decisions you value the most. You are welcome to come in with your fiancé so that we can help you both decide in coordination. The guests who understand your true style and always have a supportive feedback are the ones you should always get along. Also, hearing too many opinions can be overwhelming sometimes, so decide accordingly.
Each order is unique and based on what you like. We suggest to book a consultation and discuss with one of our members of the team. Your questions will be best answered once we discuss your order in person.
We will discuss your vision, theme, budget, style and all your requirements. Feel free to bring any inspiration photos or screenshots so we can discuss how we can get your outfit to come to life! Just be comfortable and feel free to discuss all you have in mind about your outfit. The more open you are, the easier it is for us to work with you on your outfit journey.
Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident after the appointment. You will be more clear, relaxed and super excited about your outfit. We understand this is a big decision and therefore, we never like to pressurize our clients to make a decision on the spot. Feel free to take a quotation on your outfit, relax and take as much time you think you require. We are always ready whenever you are.
Typically, most bridal custom orders take anywhere from 3-6 months.
Absolutely, we have a unique custom order process where you can select different shades, patterns, embroidery, sizes, and other details as per your choice. We always want to respect and work with our client’s budget. After all, that's what we are here for. Be ready to leave with your dream wedding outfit.
When you finalize your outfit, we can have all the last fittings and finishings done as per your requirement. Also, if you do like the way our unique custom order process works, we would be happy to go ahead and place your order once the price and details are confirmed by both sides.
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Cash, or Debit.
Generally your personal appointment is not overlapped during weekdays: Tuesday - Friday. But, on weekends at peak times, there might be some overlap, and you may need to share your space with another client. But, we always make sure to give you personal attention and welcome.
In that case, you would have to give $100 as a refundable deposit, and we will keep your dress on hold for that certain period. You can always come back with your friends and relatives to try the dress as many times you like. If you don’t want to go ahead with the dress, you can get the deposit back within 2 weeks. If you come after 2 weeks, then it would be a store credit and you can purchase anything worth $100 whenever you visit us next.
Yes! Pictures are always amazing to work with. We would love to see what caught your eye and show you similar items in stock as we have hundreds of bridal outfit options to show you. If you want to bring along something you saved from Pinterest or Instagram or your doodle, we can always make that happen by using it as a base and make any changes you require.
We try our best to deliver you the most efficient service. If you are in a real hurry then we always have ready outfits at our store which you can try, select and get fitted in about a couple of days. But, because each case is specific to the individual, therefore, we recommend you to contact us as early as possible to discuss your urgent situation.
